Jawad Amjad, Executive Director, has built a strong network of relationships with Domestic Institutional Investors including Banks, NBFCs, Employees Benefit Funds, Mutual Funds, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and Domestic High Net Worth Individuals and Non-Resident Pakistanis. His track record includes rich experience in corporate finance and equity broking, including IPOs, secondary market offerings, block trades, private placements and financial advisory. He was the CEO of Optimus Capital Management for 11 years till June 2017. He was appointed director and CEO of PNO Capital in June 2017. He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
Faisal Bengali, Independent Director, is a professional fund manager with over 20 years experience, Mr. Faisal Bengali has proven skills in people management, regulatory dealings, risk management and optimizing fund performance. Since June 2018, he has been Director, Investments at PNO Capital. From 2004 to 2008, he was CEO of AKD Investments, where he executed the management takeover of Golden Arrow Stock Fund, Pakistan’s oldest private sector closed-end mutual fund. Previously from 1994 to 2004, he was Director Sales, AKD Securities Ltd. He holds an MBA from Rice University in Texas and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in Illinois.
Faiza Haider, Independent Director, holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. A successful businesswoman, she is the proprietor of Burgundy Designs, an interior design atelier based in Dubai and lends her ample business acumen to the firm.
